Forerunner Weapons
A laser or Forerunner origin, The weapons of the sentinels. The Sentinel Beam is a battery powered laser. It is perhaps the most understated weapon in the game, it can outgun a shotty if you are just outside its kill radius, decimate a AR at medium-close range, descope and kill a BR rifler at medium range and annoy a sniper and drop them out of scope at long range. The sentinel beam destroys shields in a second and even delivers the killing shot. It is much more effective than a plasma rifle at any range and is quite efective at suppressive fire due to its ability to be sprayed. The only downside is the rapidness of overheating and the even faster loss of battery. The Sentinal Beam is incredibly powerful, it can kill an overshielded player before it overheats. This weapon is not a weapon seen in multiplayer, unless it is put in a custom map. Also, you cannot spawn with this weapon.
